Our day starts off with a track walk to ensure the driver has a slow and different view of the track prior to going on hot track. We discuss apexes, braking zones and how to properly apply the brakes while on track.  We will also discuss turn-in and track-out and why we need to use the entire track. Most day one students will do 4-5 sessions. 

It’s based on the number of sessions with the client on that date. Example: 3 half hour on-track sessions plus debrief time equals one half of a day. Any more than that is a full day.

Take it 2 the Limit charges $500.00 for a full day of coaching and $300 for a half day. Additional fees due (if you are not a MSR member) are $25 per on track session track fees and $25 helmet & suit rental.   On out-of-town track coaching, Take it 2 the Limit bills $750.00 per day plus travel expenses.  (Discount rates for long term commitments are available upon reques

Take it 2 the Limit is available to provide Data, Video and Garmin Catalyst systems to coach and consult clients to learn or improve their race craft to champion’s caliber.

We have been professionally coaching since 2003 with twenty years of racing experience, two championships in SCCA FP, and wins as recently as 2020, in multiple classes of cars and open wheel. 

Yes! Groups of 2 or more are billed $350 per driver plus the session fees and helmet/suit rentals.  With 4 or more drivers I will bring in an additional coach to help with the group at my expense.  (If you are looking to do a larger group of more than 6 drivers, Take it 2 the Limit can accommodate such events/ pricing upon request) 

Take it 2 the Limit has a fully caged Spec Miata with two seats and full rally communication system. The car rents for $150.00 per session, (this price does not include coaching, track session fees or helmet/ suit rental). Compared to other rental services at this track charging $600-$800 per day with a capped max of 5 sessions this is a fun and affordable way to experience/learn the track.
